Aspen originally started as 9 holes in 1971, and expanded to an 18 hole course in 1986, The course is carved out of natural forest, and features several ponds and a creek (aptly named Provy Creek).

Aberdeen Glen has been nominated twice as the BCPGA facilty of the year. The course boasts a challenging 7114 yards from the back tees and a laid-back 5512 yards from the front markers. The scenic beauty and dramatic elevation changes, seen most prominently at hole #18 is breathtaking.
