This is not a “mainstream” physical activity yoga class. For 6 weeks, Kelly Stone is hosting an intellectual/psychological integration of Bhakti Yoga or Devotion Yoga into various aspects of your life. Using guided meditation, journaling, and movement, this class will help you identify imbalance, set intentions or goals, and trust of individual guidance.
Essentially, Bhakti yoga is the cultivation of unconditional spiritual love. Change your mind, change your life. Wake up your intuitive body, know your weakness, set your intentions, and live the life you truly desire.
Bring curiosity and possibilities to this class, appropriate for every level of student.

Kelly has extensive study in Psychology BSC. HON. (specializing in PTSD), MSc.(c) (specializing in environmental/social PSYC), RPC-applied psychology and counselling, Mindful Self Compassion, Certification as Wholistic and Natural Health Practitioner, various lineages of yoga [Tantra (200h), Modo (700h), Yin], 3 completed courses in Vipassana Meditation, and self-study through yoga for over 20 years.
