Join us and gear up for a Spring Transformation. This unique workshop combines Yin Yoga with traditional Acupuncture. Slow paced yoga shapes focused on movement of blocked Qi, activation of blood, clearing heat and detoxification are complemented with the healing art of acupuncture. First, you will prepare your body to deeply relax in the most comfortable Savasana. From this meditative state, the profound and powerful experience of acupuncture will leave you feeling restored and ready to launch into Spring. No previous yoga or acupuncture experience is required. The only thing you need is comfortable loose fitting clothes and an intention for this coming Spring.
Spaces are limited due to the time requirement for each person.
