In this workshop you will:
learn the difference between “good” & “bad” stress
learn about the biology of stress & how it can negatively impact physical & mental health (ie. weight loss goals, fertility, digestion, cognitive behaviour & much more)
create awareness around the causes of stress in your life
learn about the science of perception & how you can change the way you view your stressors
learn how to create a conscious “switch” in the body that will shut down the “Fight or Flight” response & stimulate “Rest & Digest” response
learn simple breathing techniques that you can start using immediately.
