Do you wish you had a bit more strength and flexibility? Resistance stretching can be a powerful tool for healing, injury prevention, and working towards your wellness and fitness goals. This no-equipment partner technique can be used by anyone – no matter where you are or where you want to be! Bring your yoga buddy, workout partner, significant other or anyone who’s up for learning new things and feeling great!

Expect a slow pace and detailed instructions. We encourage lots of questions! With gratitude to Eoin Finn, founder of Blissology Yoga for his mentorship and the Superflow movement patterns upon which this class is based.
10% of Class proceeds support the Rugged Coast Research Society in their efforts to document and remove plastics from British Columbia's coastlines.
Class will be followed by a presentation on the Society and the work we do.

Skijor PG is proud to present, "Skijoring 2020!" It's the wildest, winter sport you've never heard of! This crazy event is becoming more and more popular right across the country and is fun for the whole family! Months of planning and course creation go into, what can only be described as, 'Zany, winter FUN!' There will be many classes where you'll see a mounted rider on horseback, towing a skier behind. These timed races can include ski jumps, relays and flat heats and will go all day at the rodeo grounds behind the CN Centre. Dress for outside and be prepared for a great day of sport!

9-days of world championship curling - as the world's best women curlers convene in Prince George! Plus - The Patch - is the entertainment and social hotspot for the entire event!
The 2020 Canadian Masters Badminton Championship competition runs Monday through to Saturday. Competitors and guests will be in Prince George, at a minimum of, 8 days and 7 nights
Participants will be competing in up to thirteen age categories … in increments of 5 years starting at 30+ all the way up to 80+.
Each age category features individual events in Men’s and Women’s Singles, Men’s and Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles.
It’s unique in the sense that anyone of the right age can attend.
There are no limitations or requirements to qualify other than to be the age of 30 as of first day of competition.
Participants come from not only every province and territory but multiple countries Mexico, South America, Europe, Asia & Australia for example.
