This 2 hour meditation workshop is designed for those who are new to meditation and are looking to begin a practice.

This workshop will include all the basics needed to understand the whys, the how to, the science of and the skills to begin a personal meditation practice.

Science has now been able to map the profound changes in brain function that happen with a simple and consistent practice.

Come and check it out to help deepen your Yoga.
