On February 14th we will be featuring a sumptuous menu created by Chef Rodney. Our Valentine’s Day service offers a set menu comprising of locally sourced and thoughtfully prepared fare, that includes vegetarian options as well as a selection of treats from our sweets table.

First Course

Lobster Saffron Risotto with lemon beet reduction

Garrendenny Chicken mousse on fennel puree and Fresh Sea Scallops on red goddess Dressing

Spinach and herb mousse on fennel puree and Butternut squash Medallion on red goddess Dressing (Vegetarian)

Open face Beef Wellington. Siered Tenderloin wrapped with sliced portobello mushroom, foi gras and puff pastry with brandy beef reduction

Braised Golden Beet wrapped in portobello mushroom and puff pastry with carrot mint reduction (Vegetarian)
