FacEye Workshop: Yoga for Face & Eyes.
This workshop will focus on the most commonly overlooked muscles in our exercise routines - the muscles of your face and eyes!
Leah will help you isolate facial muscles, learn toning exercises for relieving eye strain, and massage techniques for radiant, younger looking skin.
We will also explore skin nutrition and breathing methods that detoxify skin and reduce wrinkles for your daily skin-care regimen.
You will need to dress comfortably, use limited make up, and bring a hair or headband.
