New to yoga and curious? We have a 4-week beginner’s series to explain movements, shapes, and how to use props. You will learn how to move within the limits of your body. Expect a slow pace and detailed instructions. We encourage lots of questions! Discover the many benefits of yoga including: stress-reduction; increased strength and mobility; and an overall sense of balance and well-being in your body and life.
