Happy Halloween! A hysterical and thrilling comedy perfect for the season! Bram Stoker’s Dracula may be 122 Years old this year but Professor Abraham Van Helsing, MD, D.Ph., D.Litt, of Amsterdam has come to tell you how much of a lie that book was. He has put together a theatrical performance, along with three amateur actors he hired, to warn you about the dangers of vampires and how to deal with one if the situation arises. A laugh out loud riot you can really sink your teeth into!!!

A spine-tingling night event on the grounds of Huble Homestead that's sure to test your bravery!

Enter the homestead...if you dare! This bone-chilling, hair-raising event is taking place over two days, giving those who feel up to the challenge another opportunity to venture north to the homestead! Find a flashlight, make sure your footwear is waterproof, and put together a costume warm enough for an evening at Prince George's spookiest Halloween haunt!

Those looking for a less scary experience can join us in the Welcome Barn for costume contests, pumpkin carving, and crafts, or head into the Animal Barn for magic shows with William the Conjurer. The fortune teller’s cabin summons you to see what the future holds.

For those preferring a more ghastly evening, a spooky maze and graveyard ghouls await you in the dark. For those looking for a truly terrifying experience, the House of Horrors beckons, with guided tours available for an extra charge of $3.50 per person, or $12.00 for a group of four. The goosebumps are free. All other activities are included with a family admission.

Huble Homestead Historic Site is a 30 minute drive north of Prince George, BC. Leave the city behind, and make your way up Highway 97, before turning off on Mitchell Road to continue another 6 kilometres down a well-maintained dirt road.

Huble Homestead is dog friendly and open daily for guided tours and shopping in the General Store. Enjoy a picnic or purchase lunch from the BBQ as you relax in the fresh air. Admission is by donation, with a recommended amount of $10.00 per family.

Menagerie: Zombie Beach Party
Saturday October 26, 2019  |  8:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Two Rivers Gallery, 725 Canada Games Way

Menagerie: Zombie Beach Party, is the ninth incarnation of an annual fundraising event hosted by Two Rivers Gallery. Join us for an evening filled with entertainment, food, fun, and games - truly a night to let it out!

This event is much more than a costume party for adults. There will be live entertainment, exhilarating games, and excellent prizes to be won. A selection of cocktails, wine and Crossroads Brewing beer will be available from the Blue Lagoon Bar.

Appetizers can be devoured throughout the night while you bid against friends and foes in the Silent Auction, for a chance to win marvellous treasures.

Tempt fate with a visit to the fortune tellers, who will consult the cosmos and divine the answers to you most pressing questions.

Sample spirits from our specialty bar and dance the night away amidst the stars and planets to the musical stylings of DJ Ant.

Stay out late, commit to the night and collect yourself in the morning. This year’s Menagerie is sure to wake the dead!

New Moon Meditation and Gong Bath
Saturday October 26, 2019  |  6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Yoga PG, 200-513 Ahbau St

Yoga PG invites you to an evening of drumming and gong sound bath.We are happy to have Rob Richards from DHI Sound Healing and Yoga available to bring the rich tradition of sound healing to the studio. Rob is a recent 200 HR SOYA grad and has been a student of sound and healing for some time now.
Yogi Bhajan quotes:
"The most sublime instrument of the Yogi is the gong.It is a musical instrument,a healing tool for the nervous system
and a cauldron in which you can create blends of qualities of sound that open and develop the inner Self. The sound of the gong creates deep relaxation, releases you from the torrent of thoughts and stimulates the glandular system to a higher level of function."

When asked to explain the effects of the gong meditation and its uses,Yogi Bhajan responded:
"The gong is very simple. It is an inter-vibratory system. It is the sound of Creativity itself. The gong is nothing more
nothing less. One who plays the gong plays the Universe. The gong is not an ordinary thing to play.Out of it came all music, all sounds, and all words. The sound of the gong is the heart of the Word."

Spaces are limited. Tickets are $50 each, with half of all proceeds being given to the local chapter of Canadian Cancer Society.

THE COMIC STRIPPERS
A male stripper parody and improv comedy show

The award winning improv comedians are back with a new show, more moves and even quicker wits.

A SHOW FOR ALL GENDERS… 19+ ONLY

WARNING! No extreme nudity, just extreme hilarity.

A fictitious male stripper troupe (played by a cast of some of Canada’s best improvisational comedians) performs a sexylarious improv comedy show. These guys try to be sexy… it just comes out funny. Constantly grooving and gyrating in between scenes they banter with the crowd and perform their hilarious twist on improv sketches. They sing, they “dance”. These guys are oiled up and ready to make you laugh.

Semi undressed and completely unscripted, The Comic Strippers take off their shirts and take on your suggestions to create a whole new genre of comedy.

Winner of 'BEST LIVE PRODUCTION' at The Canadian Comedy Awards 2016

★★★★★ “Extremely Funny!” - UK Fringe Review

“The show is suitable for both men and women. An entertaining ride where anything goes.” – Rip It Up Magazine

"One of the most hilarious shows I've ever seen." - Vancouver Sun
