Goodsir Nature Park
Wildfire evacuees are offered use of several tent sites, picnic areas, 1 tiny cabin, and 1 self contained RV space. Please call to verify availability.
Visit Goodsir Nature Park and stroll through this all Canadian botanical park with groomed trails and picnic grounds. Learn about 200 different kinds of trees, shrubs and wildflowers, as well as view a beaver pond, navigate trails and explore an indoor plant museum. Please sign the guest book and leave a donation; the park is one man's 25 year labour of love! Call in advance for a guided tour, access to the plant museum and the new (2016) J.L Good Vinyl Museum.
There are limited tent camp sites and one RV camp site available by donation. There is also a small cabin that must be reserved.
The park is dog friendly, so long as dogs remain on leash.
